The wide base really does let my rolled oolong leaves open all the way, way more than my old small pot did. And no weird plastic taste since it's borosilicate, even with just-boiled water.
Ruby O. ★★★★★
I've been eyeballing my tea scoops for years, and this one actually takes the guesswork out of it — one spoon, one cup, done. It's also held up fine with no rust spots, which I can't say for the cheap one I had before.
Sophia I. ★★★★★
The fact that the pot, cup, and strainer stack into one piece makes this so easy to toss in my bag for work. I've been using the stainless lid strainer for loose leaf and it catches even the tiny bits without any grit in my cup.
Penelope ★★★★★
The saucer is the detail I didn't know I needed — no more tea rings on my desk after steeping. The holes are fine enough that I get almost no leaf bits in my cup, which was my main worry with loose tea.
Ryan I. ★★★★★
Boiling water in this leaves no metallic aftertaste, which is exactly why I switched from my old stainless kettle. But the handle gets uncomfortably hot if you're not careful, and pouring from a full pot takes some practice.
