When you taste Tie Guan Yin for the first time it is hard to believe the flavor is natural. In fact, some lesser quality teas have been known to put chemicals on their Tie Guan Yin’s to enhance the creamy flavor they are famous for. The good news for you is that we don’t even use chemicals in our packaging, let alone in our teas. Instead, we found a small farm where the farmers go through eight different steps to provide a top notch tea. The result is a tea that is better than any chemically “enhanced” tea you will find.

Organic Oolong Tea

Our Tie Guan Yin is a mountain grown tea from the Fujian Province in China. The farm is nestled in a remote location between mountains, which provides it protection from pollution and any pesticides that other farms may use. This particular farm uses only organic fertilizer that does not have any pesticides, herbicides, or other dangerous chemicals.

Julian U. ★★★★★

I was skeptical that a tea could taste this naturally floral without added flavoring, but the orchid notes in this Tie Guan Yin won me over by the second steep. It stays smooth and buttery through at least five refills, which is more than I expected for the price.

Joshua ★★★★★

The floral aroma hits you the second the water touches the leaves, and that natural sweetness lingers long after each sip. I've gone through half a bag in a week just brewing it at work — it's genuinely hard to believe no chemicals are involved in getting this flavor.

Emily I. ★★★★★

The creamy, almost buttery texture on the first steep made me double-check the bag to see if I'd grabbed the right tea. It's genuinely hard to believe that floral sweetness is all natural, and it keeps its character for a good five infusions.
